Our Return Policy:
We produce highly-personalized, one-of-a-kind items on-demand that are made specifically for you. This means that many of our products cannot be resold to other customers.
We realize that on occasion you will have a need to exchange or return an item for a refund. It is the nature of any retail business. To determine if your item qualifies, we ask that you adhere to the guidelines below. Please do not return items to us without prior authorization.
- NOTE: Refunds will not be granted on orders that are en route and not yet received by you.
- Since we do not charge you for shipping within the United States, we are not able to cover the cost of your shipping costs for returned items. However, to offset your cost of shipping returns, we will grant you a storewide discount code once we receive the item. We believe this is a fair and equitable way of taking care of you, our valued customer.
Personalized Jewelry:
- WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED JEWELRY DUE TO ERRORS OR INCORRECT SPELLING IN ANY TEXT PROVIDED BY YOU, THE PURCHASER, FOR ENGRAVING.
- We will gladly re-manufacture your selection a second time free of charge. Should there be a subsequent (third) need to reproduce your selection due to causes not attributable to our production; then the full retail price will be imposed.
