Our Return Policy:

We produce highly-personalized, one-of-a-kind items on-demand that are made specifically for you.  This means that many of our products cannot be resold to other customers.

We realize that on occasion you will have a need to exchange or return an item for a refund. It is the nature of any retail business. To determine if your item qualifies, we ask that you adhere to the guidelines below. Please do not return items to us without prior authorization.

  • NOTE: Refunds will not be granted on orders that are en route and not yet received by you. 

  • Since we do not charge you for shipping within the United States, we are not able to cover the cost of your shipping costs for returned items. However, to offset your cost of shipping returns, we will grant you a storewide discount code once we receive the item. We believe this is a fair and equitable way of taking care of you, our valued customer.

Personalized Jewelry:

  • WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED JEWELRY DUE TO ERRORS OR INCORRECT SPELLING IN ANY TEXT PROVIDED BY YOU, THE PURCHASER,  FOR ENGRAVING.
  • We will gladly re-manufacture your selection a second time free of charge. Should there be a subsequent (third) need to reproduce your selection due to causes not attributable to our production; then the full retail price will be imposed. 

    Returns Due To Shipping Errors/Defective Products:

    Let's face it. Everyone makes a mistake now and then. When thousands of orders are being shipped from a given source each day, it is possible for you to receive an incorrect or defective item. In those cases, we will gladly replace the item. All we ask is that you contact us and provide at least 3 close-up photos of the defective product. Please make sure that the defect is visible in your photos.
    If we erroneously shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly correct the error and sent you the right one. You would not have to return the incorrect item.

    Non-delivered Items:

    If your order is declared lost or not delivered by the U.S.P.S., we will replace it for you free of charge. If your order is declared as "DELIVERED" by the U.S.P.S. and you have not received it, please contact your local post office first before requesting resolution from us.
