When you place your order with us today we will pay the shipping within the U.S.*
All orders are subject to verification and product availability.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is non-deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please verify your shipping details BEFORE completing your purchase. If you realize you have made an error, simply e-mail us immediately but no later than 24 hours.

Processing Time: Once verified and confirmed, orders are usually processed within one to two business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping. Orders placed on Saturdays will begin the processing stage on the following Monday.

Order Confirmation: Upon completing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number. As soon as your order has been shipped and a tracking number is available, you will be informed of said number.

Cancelling An Order: All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours as long as the processing has not been completed. Requests for cancellations must be sent via e-mail with your order number and a stated reason for the return. Instructions will be provided via return e-mail.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any orders already en route. However, you can return the package to us within 10 days of receipt provided its in the original, unopened package. Once we have received the item we will confirm receipt and process your refund. Any applicable shipping costs are non-refundable.
- ALL JEWELRY Orders are usually processed and shipped from Florida within 72 hours and you can expect delivery by FIRST CLASS mail (U.S. only) within 3 to 7 days after production.
- Sundays and official holidays are not computed in the processing or delivery calculations referenced here.
- Shipping Delays: Due to restrictions surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic, some items can experience delays due to unusually high purchase volumes or shipping delays. If your order is affected by any such delay, we will notify you via the e-mail you provided at purchase. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays due to acts of God or reasons attributable to the carrier and/or out of our control.
- Delivery Address: If your Delivery and Billing Addresses do not match, your order may be flagged by the credit card company and placed on hold while we contact you for verification. This is a security measure aimed at protecting you, the card-holder.
- Shipment To P.O. Boxes: E-MallStores DOES NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES that are not verifiable by Shipping Station. In these cases, we will contact you for an alternate or physical address.
- All items are in new condition when shipped.
- While E-MallStores is not responsible for damages sustained during transit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
- If your order presents exterior damage upon receipt, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT. Instead, we recommend that you document the condition photographically and contact us for instructions. You will be required to submit photographic proof of the UNOPENED/DAMAGED PACKAGE AND RETURN THE PACKAGE TO US at your cost.
While we welcome the opportunity to serve you, if our delivery time-frame conflicts with your needs, then please consider postponing your purchase. As much as we dislike turning down a sale, we rather earn your loyalty for life than have you experience any frustrations with your purchase. Deal?
