Order Processing & Shipping Policy:
First of all, we consider e-MallStores.com to be YOUR store and will treat you as we would expect to be treated.
At e-MallStores.com our focus is to expedite your order so as to minimize any delays. Once your order has been verified and confirmed, it will be processed within 3 business days. Orders which are sourced from our overseas manufacturers are generally delivered in about two to three weeks after processing.
Items of national origin such as our JEWELRY will be processed and delivered in about 7 to 10 days. Items in high demand and/or on backorder may require additional processing time and you will be notified of unusual delays. National and international holidays are not computed in the calculations referenced here.
Once your order has been delivered to the carrier, it is beyond our control. For this reason we ask that you allow 9 to 21 business days for delivery.
While we welcome the opportunity to serve you, if our delivery timeframe conflicts with your needs, then please consider postponing your purchase. As much as we dislike turning down a sale, we rather earn your loyalty for life. Deal?
- Orders placed after NOON on Friday will start processing the following Monday.
- Shipping times are calculated after processing has been completed and delivered to the carrier.
- All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before processing has been completed and delivered to the shipper.
- If your order has been paid and delivered to the shipper, it can no longer be cancelled. Returns can be processed subject to certain conditions. See our Returns page for more details.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
Standard Return Policy:
All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receipt and completed within 30 days of purchase.
We realize that on occasion you will have a need to exchange or return an item for a refund. To determine if your item qualifies, we ask that you carefully read and adhere to the guidelines below.
- WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY REFUNDS ON ORDERS THAT ARE EN ROUTE AND HAVE NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU.
- We cover the cost of shipping and handling except in rare instances where products are offered for FREE. In such cases, refunds will NOT be granted on any shipping/handling fees that you may have incurred.
Customized Jewelry:
- WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED JEWELRY DUE TO ERRORS OR INCORRECT SPELLING IN ANY TEXT PROVIDED BY THE PURCHASER FOR ENGRAVING.
- We will gladly re-manufacture your selection at 75% of original price based on your new instructions. A shipping fee of $5.00 per item will be imposed on re-manufactured items.
- Exceptions: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we would gladly make it right. All we ask is that you provide us with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item and a description of the defect for review. We will provide you with instructions for the return of your purchase and replace it for you free of charge, including the shipping.

Let's face it. Everyone makes a mistake now and then. When thousands of orders are being shipped from a given source each day, it is possible for you to receive someone else's item or a defective product. Unfortunately, we do not control all aspects of the processing, shipping and delivery cycle and we apologize beforehand for any inconvenience you may experience as a result.If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and any shipping charges (if applicable).
